Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change of mind return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and you will need to cover shipping. To start a change of mind return, you can contact us at help@dbggloves.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: DBG Gloves, PO Box 10, The Gap, QLD, 4061
Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs on returns for change of mind. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
This is important to us. If there is any issue with the quality or performance of your glove, we want to know so we can fix it for you. Email us at help@dbggloves.com and we'll do everything we can to get it sorted.
Exchanges
Exchanging for size is always fast and free, provided the glove hasn't been used to hit balls. Check out our Right Size Guarantee. Get in touch via email at help@dbggloves.com to discuss any other exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
